For those that don’t know I’m a delivery driver.

They expect 10 packages delivered per hour which equates to a 100% efficiency rating.

They posted the stats and I was the #1 driver with an efficiency rating of 251.9% waaaay better than second place. The number you see is packages delivered per hour, so you multiply it by 10 to get the efficiency rating. You need to hit 130% to be colour coded green.

This month marks 1 year since I’ve been at the company and I’ve never seen an efficiency rating that high by anyone.
