Cycling everyday if this persist I will cover 300 kms in a month

Dad is using at the moment. Because I am feeling fainting and I am not riding scooter. Not even driving.

But the fainting is gone for past 4 hours.

But I think will continue cycling and won’t use the electric scooter.

Its a good workout and feels good at workplace!

My sister in law got the cycle as a gift from work place she had two options either cycle or automatic vacuum cleaner.

She asked me and I choose cycle

Did my hour and a half walking circuit. Walked past the elementary school and stuck my tongue out at the kids on the playground and they stuck their tongues out back at me. It was awesome.

My Mom got me a gym membership as an early Christmas present. Just to use during the winter because we walk at the park when its nice outside. So today we went swimming and soaked in the hot tub. I am worn out lol.

Just did some weight lifting. 4 different exercises 4 sets each at 10 reps .

Will do my 2 miles on the bike this afternoon :grin:

Twenty minutes of shoveling snow, moderate effort. Feeling okay. Going for a walk once the snow quits.

Three hours of walking today total. Actually about fifteen minutes of that may have been accidental shuffle dancing. People need to shovel their darn walks. Icy!

I got into exercising with relatively short cardio routines about 2 weeks ago. 3 minutes warmup then 10 minutes of getting my heart rate up. I think I’m starting to feel the benefits now, more energy and improved mental clarity. Today is time for the 10 minute cardio workout again. I hope the benefits continues!

I did cardio inside for 10 minutes, just different movements. a minute of yoga afterwards to calm down. I noticed that my breathing was much more calm throughout the exercise than before, so feels like I’ve progressed. I think I will need to ramp it up a bit for the next time, if I can manage.

Two and a half hours of walking today. Legs are starting to firm up.

I’m going to try and do 5 minutes each day on the treadmill then increase the time by 5 minutes every week until I get to 30 minutes a day. I have diabetes so hopefully that and eating well will keep my blood sugar under control everyday.
