Two hours of walking outdoors this evening.

Did 3 minutes warm up (watched an exercise warmup YouTube video), then 9 minutes of cardio exercises like last time, burpees, jumping jacks, and something I don’t know what to call, jumping from side to side. 1 minute of yoga to end it.

I thought before starting exercise a couple weeks ago that cardio will not work for me, that I will just feel the same because of medications canceling out benefits or something(I had this weird idea), but I have been so wrong, I can notice improved mood and motivation, it’s a significant change.

I am physically disabled. Today is the third day exercising and I’m experiencing severe pain throughout my body as if my body is being torn apart. I’m going to ask my rare disease community about it and see if anyone else had the same problem, but I’ve only done some light stretching to combat scoliosis and now my entire body is on fire. Fellow disabled folks- do you experience the same problem? Or is this just “exercise burn” that would go away in time?

My health problems are not the same as your health problems so it is hard to say. I’ve got midly swollen ankles now from being on my feet more than usual yesterday, and I know the problem will get better as I toughen up. That doesn’t really compare to what you’re experiencing. Can you ask a physician?

been procrastinating for five days while my brother visited. he’s left now, and i finally had a weight and body weight workout. took about an hour and 10 minutes, feels great to have achieved something

Four hours of slow walking around Banff, AB. Three of them shopping. So bloody crowded. Positive symptoms are awful.

Did seven 60 minute massages mostly on my feet and walked and stood most of the 15 minutes in between massages. I take them back a little early, so it isn’t really 15 minutes in between.

I’ll still make myself do some type of exercise.

Short run coming back after a badly sprained ankle. Felt so good to get outside and run again!

I didn’t work out for a week. Everyday I felt tired. Got abs, calves and hamstrings today.

I’ll do it at 1pm.

Having a hot bath now to prepare my muscles.

How long does it take? That would be 2-3 hours for me.

Impressive.

I do it in the course of the day.

Went 3 miles this morning.

It is a glorious day out here in Florida today, best weather I’ve had in a while, with no humidity/mosquitoes. Even have some wind that made me feel like I was somewhere else, like how I would imagine Europe in the Swiss mountains (the pastures I walked by were extra green and healthy today as well.)

If you live in Florida, now is the time to live outside, if at all possible.
