I managed to do pump to Kate .
She is a lawyer now but was a trainer.

I’ve not had good experiences with gyms and trainers in neighbourhood but bad experiences with them.
Dance class went pretty well I think as ap posed to all other moments .

I hope I’ll have this video forever.
I can’t get her to make an exercise video for me but thankfully I recorded my laptop playing old video with my phone.

After over a year of no regular exercise I’ve been doing Kate pump video and Eva fitness last couple weeks and hope to make a regular routine of it.

One pt felt like he killed me in a way .
The other pt felt like he was supressing and trying to humiliate and degrade and belittle etc

I have had people not wanting me to exercise.
One might get turned on by saying “I’m not allowed to” and one is jealous of me and doesn’t want me to be healthy n well etc
May they not succeed any longer.
May I exercise!

Just did an hour ish weights training. Need to buy some heavier weights though…

I spent an hour and a half walking in the snow this evening.

this afternoon I will do my isometrics for upper body strength…finally got a regular heart beat again thanks to doubling both my heart meds adjusted.

the weather is ok today, i’m thinking of biking it in to my charity, 8 miles there and the same back, leaves my be slippy though, hazards of autumn.

It’s not all good news though. Weighed myself before I went on the treadmill and i’ve gained 1.5 pounds over the last 3 days!! Fuuuuucck.

45 minutes of VR exercise. Played Moonrider (punching game) for the first time in about a year:

Man, I suck. Need more practice as I am out of shape for this.

Did a 7 mile run today. I go slow and do run/walk intervals every 1 minute. It helps me be able to go further distance without wearing myself out too quickly. Including my warm up and cool down it took me 1:45. I know that’s incredibly slow but I was going for distance not speed

Thank you @shutterbug it’s been a long and slow process gaining endurance. To think back to May of this year I could barely go 1.5 miles

Had an hour workout. Added in 60 crunches. Think im gonna request my workouts to be upgraded to intermediate level next month

I’ve been getting about an hour a day of walking. Haven’t had a chance to share. Been busy. Sorry.

Losartan is slowing me down. I usually walk at least a mile but been doing half a mile then feel winded i will probably be taking a different med in the future

Last night was three and a half hours of circling a room with cameras. Today I’ve walked about 6 km doing errands and I’ve got an hour of light cleaning in.

I feel like fainting so I had stomach full of food. Now I am unable to move or have my night meds as I feel pukish.
