I walked to my clubhouse last week and yesterday… it’s about 5 miles. But I tweaked my knee yesterday on the way home and am not walking today or tomorrow. Hopefully, Thursday it’ll stop hurting. I don’t think I’d like walking on a treadmill, but I’m glad you’re using yours!
I did some at home core workouts, since its my day off the gym. I was impressed by how much I could plank for still, even after losing a lot of muscle. Apparently, I decrease that much in my core.
Today I only did cardio, because yesterday I hit the weights hard. I did the elliptical with an incline of 9 (this machine I was using lets you set it up that way) and I walked fast on the treadmill with an incline as well.
