Good news: I used my treadmill and went a little faster this time around
Bad news: I felt really anxious after and I just took some Ativan.
I usually feel good after cardio but I woke up anxious today so I knew there was going to be a chance I felt not the best even after exercising.

Went for a walk for 1.92 miles around a local preserve.
I also walked 1.56 miles on the roadways this morning.
So, 3.48 miles altogether today.
I think this thread is a good idea, leaves people a goal to push themselves with.
