Did 3 hours of paddling on Monday.
Did 1 hour of walking yesterday (Tuesday).
35 minutes of VR exercise last night (Oct 16). Started out the day today (Oct 17) with a 45 minute walk down around the lake at town centre and back home.
Up to 90 minutes of walking today.
I walk with my mom for 45 minutes in the morning and am now doing weight watchers. I’ve been under the allotted points each day. My mom said your suppose to eat all your points, but I’m not real hungry. I eat a lot of very low point food or zero point food. Here’s today. This is day three.
I have to go to the store every three days now to get bananas, cottage cheese, ect. Stuff that I go through quick. Some ancillary benefits are that I won’t waste money going out to eat and I won’t be paying the extra charges for ordering online.
Went to the gym today and did weights and a little cardio. I thought I posted it here earlier, but I don’t see it.
I’m glad because it’s been a while.
Walked a mile with my Mom at the park today and lifted two heavy a$$ air conditioners up the stairs to the attic lol

Hour and a half of walking today.
I did 25 minutes of eva fitness on YouTube .
It’s aerobics but you only really move the arms kinda .
Loved that I was able to exercise with her n da galzzz.

Missed swimming a day during the week
Eating junk foods again so stepping up the exercise
Got my heart beats up last night more than this morning
Just finished a treadmill sesh.
