Would anyone be interested in exercising with me? I was thinking we could set up daily exercise targets and encourage one another to meet them
I might be starting a more intensive stationary bike program in mid-October or November. I’ll check back with this thread then…

I can do yoga today or even right now if you want. I use the yoga app TrackYoga.com It has a beginner sequence that is super easy. And if you take a class 4 - 5 days a week, it is free. @I_am_not_here

I plan to jog for 30 minutes straight just very gently though, light jogging

Roughy my the same. In this case perhaps for the next week we stick to 30 minutes and increase it buy 5 minutes the week after?
