Exercise group

Would anyone be interested in exercising with me? I was thinking we could set up daily exercise targets and encourage one another to meet them

I might be starting a more intensive stationary bike program in mid-October or November. :thinking: I’ll check back with this thread then…

I’m interested. I do yoga for about a half hour, five days a week.

I’m also interested. Jogging 5 times per week first thing in the morning. I’m UK time though :frowning:

Perfect. I usually jog or go to the gym first thing in the morning. Also, I am based in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Yes I just moved to a new home and was surprised to find a beautiful park nearby once I moved there.

I can do yoga today or even right now if you want. I use the yoga app TrackYoga.com It has a beginner sequence that is super easy. And if you take a class 4 - 5 days a week, it is free. @I_am_not_here

I only just started this hobby today actually.

I plan to jog for 30 minutes straight just very gently though, light jogging

Roughy my the same. In this case perhaps for the next week we stick to 30 minutes and increase it buy 5 minutes the week after?

Hm, increasing it by 5 minutes the week after May be a bit too much for me. Meds make it challenging for me.

But if you can increase it I’ll cheer you on :slight_smile:
