2mg Risperdal is working good for me with very little side-effects.

Not really, maybe about 5lbs at the most.

I sleep about 10 hours a night and dream pretty often. I think Risperdal increases your REM sleep.

The worst part of the process is trial and error w/psych meds. In the beginning you will most likely experience certain side effects at a higher intensity before the medication can really start to work. You can’t give up or your back to where you were before. Give it time to work, and don’t fix it if it’s not broken.

I am on 160 mg Geodon, and 800 mg Seroquel. Works well for me. Maybe a slight tendency to gain weight.

Geodon. It’s my ■■■■. My berserker armor. I can channel and contain the chaos and unleash it on those who need to die. Just kidding. But yeah Geodon im unbelievably highly functioning but I have a shitty case of the paranoid schizophrenia. I mean bad, like sick and dangerous. Low negative symptoms, florid hallucinations and delusions and adrenaline and cortisol production like I’m constantly being help up at gunpoint. Geodon helps me be an honors psychology student and avid weightlifter as well as a good friend. And a good friend with benefits. People tend to want to have sex with me but not date me, I don’t blame them. It’s easier to manage just friends and not have to talk for an hour every night like I have done in the past. It was just no, I need sex, being friends is cool. But yeah that’s just me, Geodon keeps me from being tortured as much by my condition.

100mg Clozapine at night which helps me sleep.
2mg risperdal twice a day which helps me to have clearer mind. And somehow it also helps lessen the severity of my persecutory voices.

So taking Geodon creates florid hallucinations, delusions, tachycardia from false near death experiences from delusions, and impulsive libido? That sounds terrible.

I can no longer take Geodon after five years it’s like taking sugar pills. I am allergic to seroquel. Zyprexa cause me jaw pain. So looking for a referral that works for many to suggest t to the doc.
No you have things grossly misunderstood
I’m on Geodon and Seroquel. You have to be careful with Risperdal. It increased my Prolactin levels and caused problems. It is a good med though. There’s also Latuda, Fanapt, and Abilify. There’s a lot to choose from. You just have to be patient until you find the right mix. Good luck!!
