I don’t know why but some days
i feel watched and other days not.
Some days i feel that my surroundings are digital, made up in computer.
There are some directors and graphics experts,
for sure.
People around me are either actors
or soulless robots.
Does it sound serious or a minor issue?
Sounds serious. You know in which forum we are. You know that delusions and paranoia are a product of some kind of illnesses.
It’s up to you to find the neccesary insight to realize that you are not neurotypical.

I think it’s useless. I think it occupies a great deal of your energy, time and brain power.
I din’t think it’s dangerous per se.
Because so far it causes only alienation and confusion.
Perhaps, you are overthinking these things.
