@Umbrella Stretching after cardio is great, good job. It’s amazing for the body I think.
Working well with 1 day full body then rest day.
Still serious about diet and doing things like giving up beer is working well. It’s been a long journey but coming out the other end. Good workout in this morning. Started with arms/shoulders into chest/back then legs.
Need to ramp up cardio but we are going through one of those all too frequent weather events we get these days. Wet and rainy!
@rogueone I feel you on the weather, I can barely take my dog outside to go poddy.
Rest day for me, my abs are so sore arfter hitting twice in one day. Good feeling, sore places I never been. Not surprising, did a lot of newer harder ab exercises.
Tomorrow gonna brush up on pullups chin ups rehearsals one last time before I move and take my power tower with me.
Yeah soreness a day later means your doing it well. Just give your body time to recover. I’m getting to love that soreness a day later. Feels good.
Good luck if your moving the fitness stuff. I’ve a cable setup and it would be hard work to move. I like a good power tower!
I wonder if that dude ever took steroids.
Arnie? Yeah he did!
Walked 13,000 steps yesterday.
Trained strenght for about 55minutes, walked about 30 minutes.
I will go for a mountaintrip with a friend when the weather gets good.
All body builders do. It’s simply not possible to grow that big naturally. To prove my point look up natural body builders. And many of those guys have been on steroids at some point and or just hide the fact that they’re in steroids. No matter how much you work out it’s simply not possible to grow that big. You’d be surprised how common it is even among Instagram fitness guys. Really is an epidemic. Male fitness influencers are dropping like flies because of steroid use.
Got a gym membership 2 days ago. Been going every day since. Got some really good workouts in but what I’m really loving is the swimming, sauna, and massage chairs. Been leaving feeling like a million bucks!
What body parts did you train?
Just did what I felt like the last two days partly because I might be going to BJJ tonight so didn’t want to be in pain. I did some bag work, curls, leg press, bench, cardio and a few leg curls.
Cool! A full body.
Awesome that you found a bjj class. Don’t get discouraged if it feels hard at the beginning…
Thanks man will do. A friend invited me to his club to I’m gonna go have some fun there. I hope they have some bags there too.
Going 4+ times a week is how you get good fast!
More endurance training HIIT cardio style. I did lots of stretching today, started jogging in place and ended up doing sprinting in place. Some reverse lunge jumps. Lots more activities through the day, too many to list.
My vitality, endurance, activity levels it’s all going up but man. Just drained at this point. Idk what it is, there is a disturbance in the force lol.
Great work. Be careful you don’t overtrain. Body needs time to heal as most weight bearing exercise is basically causing little tears in the muscle. Still. Impressive work.
I’m on a rest day today and feeling pretty good and not so sore so tomorrow plan is to ramp it up with the weights and go harder. Looks like some good weather finally so new goal is to get some jogging in and maybe a bike ride. Will see what the weather gawds bring.
True say. Bodybuilders are basically sociopaths determined to destroy themselves, I mean that’s what these workouts are. It’s a sport. But yeah, being natural is hard as hell, that’s why there are so few good ones who are natty as they say. And I even wonder myself about the ones who claim to be, I guess once you really get into this stuff and see how slow/small the progress is you start be like okay… what is really going on…
