My psychologist said walking outside is the best form of mental treatment

He told I need to go outside two times a day for 20 mins.

I’ve been walking outside lately and I love it. I agree with your psychologist. As a matter of fact, I’m going out right now.

Why 63, lol? Seems like an odd number.

I have been spending quite a lot of time in my back yard with my dogs since spring began, got myself a tiny pool to sit in on hot days, started hula hopping again (trick hooping), planted some sunflowers. It’s been nice.

Could be to do with the time it takes.

I’m at my friends house. My friend says I can’t go walking in this neighborhood. Too dangerous. So gotta do yoga instead.

I actually place 60 clothes pins on the washer (which is under the shed) and everytime I make a lap I put one in the bucket. When I am finish I do 3 extra laps. At the end of the month/year, I figure the extras will help make up for any days I missed.

That makes a lot of sense.

Definitely going outside and getting fresh air is always a good thing

That too when sun is out in the morning it is best form of treatment. It gives fresh breath with vitamin D.

I miss walking. I still don’t feel confident in my ability to walk by myself yet
