Push ups take a lot of will. Well done! I’m doing substitute push ups by leaning into the wall. But it’s better than nothing.

Cool dude! Yea best to do some but not too many. I think 20 minutes a day is good personally
You’ve got to start somewhere but heaps of good bodyweight exercises on youtube.
Find what works for you but two things. Keep it regular and rest body groups so don’t do the same thing everyday if your going hard. Rest is really important for muscle development as your creating micro tears doing hard exercise.
It’s good. Really good for you and you won’t lose with regular exercise and diet too!
