I exercised today

In the morning after waking up I did 580 exercise movements, then I had my 2-kilometer morning walk and later I rode my bicycle 35 kilometers, I am still going to do some exercise movements tonight.

that’s pretty cool. that’s more than the amount of exercise i do in a week! wow!

I’ve been kinda slacking off lately, but, normally I do 35 minutes of yoga everyday, 45 minutes of keyboard playing everyday and I take the stairs all of the time in my apartment complex. At least the up going stairs anyway.

Exercising is great, it is Sunday today and already in this morning I have done 290 exercise movements and walked 1.5 hours, I’ll ride my bike 25 km today and do exercise movements and walking more also today, I like to do exercising in our nature because it is so beautiful, here are three pics I took when I had my morning walk.
