Just tried Sarcosine for the first time today, made me feel totally de-stressed

I want to try Sarcosine, if the assholes where I live will let me.
I took 3mg, I’m also taking 200mg SAMe, 800mg sulpiride, 15mg mertazepine, hoping it will help with my panic attacks, my ptsd has morphed into panic disorder, does it ever get any better
chemicals willl not make you feel better, human and in person connection defines positive or negative out come. If you do not feel attached and attracted to real bodies, you should.

I am constantly surprised by the messsage of chemicals about how little human interaction can create change. Something is being sold.

You try interacting with people with the symptoms I have. It’s like they’re all reading my mind and they aren’t afraid to say the most absolutest ■■■■ to make me feel like a bad person.
Besides dude it is a chemical thing. At least mood is.
Not saying feeling loved and accepted don’t go a long way.
