@Aziz I basically summarized every symptom I know to its respective brain condition(s). I hope this gives you some answers to your question.
exercise is probably the best way to negate or offset the brain damage incurred by schizophrenia and long-term use of antipsychotics.
I already went back on meds end of 2016. I stopped meds from 2014 to 2016.
Exactly, I started having negative and cognitive symptoms 2-3yrs before my diagnosis and before being put on meds. I already posted a pubmed article here saying that 73% experience negative and cognitive symptoms during prodromal sz. But what causes these symptoms and decline in functioning lvl and cognition? Brain damage or abnormal brain since birth?
oh i see ok

Well, thatās a million dollar question isnāt it? Your basically asking what causes schizophrenia. A question no one has an answer to. If I had to guess though, If I had to pick out of those two, I would pick an abnormal brain since birth in most cases, which has a predisposition to developing sz. Some people develop sz because of brain injury though, so how do they fit in? Is it just a subclass of Sz? There are just a million questions that I canāt answer. I wish I had the answer to them all.
Edit: And what about twins, where one develops sz and the other doesnāt? Environment obviously plays a role. Itās just so hard to pin down the causeā¦
