I am so angry and irritated, can not explain myself.
Just 5 minutes ago, my DHL delivery came from iHerb and 100 mg of L Theanine. I had just had a small sandwich so I took it immediately. I hope it works immediately.
You’ll need to take about 300mg for it to have a good effect.
What brand did you get?
Is this ok to take if you have mood disorder?
Yes, take 2 more. It’ll take about 60-90 minutes to kick in. I used to recommend that brand but now I recommend SunTheanine.

The instruction says on the bottle different? 
I just started taking L Theanine yesterday (same brand) and I took 200mg during the day and another 200mg at bed time. It seems to be working for my Anxiety and aggitation. Has even minimized my tremors.

The FDA says the maximum dose is 1200mg a day. I take 800mg a day and have been doing so for years. It’s a safe supplement.
100mg will do nothing for you though.

I used to use the “now” brand. 100mg had no effect. 200mg had an effect though.
But in future I recommend you buy any brand which has “SunTheanine” in the description.
I don’t like the fact that the “now” brand has decaffinated green tea leaves in it as you get “extra” stuff that might not be good for you.

I did not read a lot of reviews, only tried to find one with 100 mg pills so I start gradually. This has 90 capsules in it I think. so I am anxious to get some result.
It has a taste of green tea leaf

Funny the 200mg capsules don’t have green tea leaves in them. They do add Inositol 100mg, though.
