How to give up bread?

I thought wholemeal bread was pretty healthy but it still gives sugar peaks in the bloodstream.

Things is I LOVE bread. How to give it up? What quick alternatives are there to a sandwich?

Follow a power liftter’s diet. Maybe lift a weight or 2.

Yeah I would like to lift again. Thinking boiled eggs are pretty filling and easy to make.

Yeah boiled eggs is good stuff. I don’t eat them all at once I space them out throughout the day.

At my grocer store it’s $10 for 3 chicken breasts that gets pricey.

Yeah I was thinking I could make batches of soup in the slow cooker, then just microwave a bowl as needed.

idk how it would affect your blood sugar :confused: are you diabetic or something?

Don’t think so but I am carrying weight and the meds can cause diabetes. We are supposed to get bloods done regular to pick up early disbetes

i think you’d be better doing a bit of exercise, i did a little bit of swimming and pilates and i slimmed down a bit, i have got it back since i took a break but i’m hopeful i can slim down again.

There are so many fad diets out there. We are special, we are on APs and have health concerns. Please talk to your drs. And if you have anxiety cut back on sugar and caffeine. Trust me it’ll do wonders after you adjust. I’ll shut up now, but please, I don’t want to see you guys ill…edit I’m posting an example of the dangers of a gluten free diet which was so so popular…
