I’m going to try to quit bread also.
Maybe I’ll just have brown rice.

I have to quit eating pasta also.

Cold (cooked) white potatoes = resistant starch. Very good for satiety and weight loss. Otherwise, sweet potatoes are amazing for nutrients and just everything, like, don’t even imagine leaving them out!

Put some canola on there, some shredded cheese, squash 'em up…you’re golden.

Some grass fed beef, chicken, fatty cold water fishes, all that good stuff.

Get the avocados in there…

Healthy fats all around!

Eat natural soil things; nuts, roots…and you will achieve sweet rest.

I don’t know where you live, but around here they sell frozen shepard’s pie which has no bread, only mashed potatoes, corn, and beef. Maybe you could try that?

Sounds good but realistically I don’t know if I can completely give up bread/dough.

I’ll just cut back on it.

Same thing with me and sugar. I crave sugar. It is hard to eat less of it, but I am trying.
