Ideas to substitute with bread!

Im so tired of eating bread !!!

What are some things u eat in place of bread? Its such a staple diet of mine and its making me feel sick and bloated lately QQ

Any ideas?

What does those QQ mean BTW I’ve never seen that before.

Crackers and chips.

Any microwave ready-meal .

I keep boiled eggs to snack on. Also try and keep roasted veggies to snack on that I can reheat quickly like roasted red pepper, roasted brussel spouts, etc. Doing my best to avoid empty carbs.

I eat way too much bread!

I have to cut down.

Quinoa. You can make it any way youd like and its a protien…

I find bread without yeast to be less bloating. So things like pitta bread or tortillas

Whole wheat crackers, pita bread, quinoa crackers.

I have to practice what I preach.

I get bloated too.

Gluten-free bread helps me.

I am trying a gluten free diet with the occasional non gluten treats.

Cruscets,ricecakes,crispbread,pumpernickel,gluten-free muffin

I sometimes substitute bread with lettuce. It’s really good.

Then there’s homemade muesli. My all time favourite.

I sometimes put my burgers on those really big mushrooms. Just a mushroom, then condiments, then burger and tomato and lettuce on top.
