My life i suffered insomnia …i always take sleeping tab…want to cut it up…
Without meds: 05 - 17 (vampire!)
With meds: 23 - 11
I sleep a healthy 7-8 hours/night; I’m fortunate that I don’t need sleeping pills. Last night was a little weird in terms of sleeping pattern. I fell asleep on the couch around 9pm, woke around midnight, stayed up until 2:30am, then went to bed and slept until 7:30. Still got my 8 hours in, just broken up.
I sleep ten hors from 7 pm to 5.30 am most days
I wake up several times during the night, but I was getting 9-10 hours, but since starting vitamin e and 2x vitamin c, b complex (with my fish oil, beetroot extract,b12 and plant sterols regime) I need 2 hours less sleep. About 8 hours which is now the same as ‘normies’…
i usually get 8-12 hours of sleep. I go to bed between 7:30-9:30 and wake up about 6:30-7:30
Go to bed at around 10 pm get up at 3 am cause my 9 hour work shift starts around 4 am. I get chronically too little night sleep. Sometimes in the afternoon i take a nap. I work four or five days in a row and get a day off or even two days off sometimes. I have around 30 days paid vacation days per year. When i am off work i tend to get as much sleep as possible in order to catch up sleep. I have overslept maybe twice in the past year and half and was warned if I oversleep again next time i get a dissuasion and two of these for the same reason and your out. I have to be careful now. I always set two or three alarms. I sometime cant sleep well because my son wakes up or is sick or on weekend when everybody stays up late making noise while i try to sleep and i have gone to work on three hours or less sleep. That is only possible because i take my seizure meds.
I’m a sleeper, pretty much sleep on demand
without meds to make me tired, I’ll go two or three days with only five hours of sleep. With meds, it’s about twelve or more hours a night. and while I was on antipsychotics, slept over 16 hours a day. Ugh
My sleep patterns are all over the place. Last night I woke up at 3:00 am. I’m not sure when I went to bed. I don’t really have a regular sleep pattern.
The last few days I’ve been falling asleep at 10 or before 10 and waking up at 9:30. Normally stay up long enough to watch the late night talk shows, so stay up till like 2am, get up at 11 something.
I slept from 24 to 14 today could of slept atleast 4 more hours
I fall asleep at 1am (with the help of a sleeping aid) and wake up usually after 2pm… so more than 12 hours… without the sleeping aid I don’t wake up till after 5pm…
I go to bed around midnight to 1am and then sleep until 8 to 9am. I lay in bed until 10am though. I get about 8 hours of sleep, I guess. Without my meds, I would have insomnia. I use to use melatonin and Xanax to help me fall asleep before I became MI. I lost my drugs and they were never prescribed again so I have been off Xanax since I was hospitalized a year and a half ago. I sleep pretty good on my meds now.
I take Lunesta between 8 and 9 and sleep until about 730 am. I wake up a couple times a night and have a piece of chocolate but then I go right back to bed.
My Doctor prescribed me Melatonin for sleep, but I don’t take it every night. But my insomnia keeps me up every night. So I basically sleep from 2:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. and with that I still toss and turn in my bed. So 4 and a half hours.
i sleep about 7 hours a night on meds sometimes more but without meds i either sleep 12 hours or i sleep no hours
I sleep from 1:30 am to about 9:00 am, feed the dogs and go back to sleep to 10 or 11 am. I use Xanax to fall asleep. Sometimes I take naps during the day.
I go to sleep around midnight and usually wake up between 5 and 6 a.m. I toss and turn a lot during the night so I don’t sleep well, then end up napping during the day. I will bring this up when I see my pdoc Thursday.

By the way(btw) sleeping tabs are considered very bad for health.
Can’t you manage without them?
