I wonder how many of us have irregular sleep patterns. I sleep badly at night, often taking hours to get off and then waking after a few hours. At night my mind seems to fight sleep.
Then during the day I can be in bed for several fairly long stretches. I find staying up for long periods during the day difficult. When it comes to 1-2 in the morning or later though I often don’t feel sleepy and my mind is tick tick ticking away.
Something tells me I should get into a 10-6/11-7/12-8 pattern but that is far easier said than done. Attempts to go to bed early invariably result in lying awake for hours before giving up and getting up.
I just slept from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. I’ve kinda’ been on that schedule the last three days. My sleep patterns are all over the place too. I’ve had trouble falling asleep since I was seven years old. It doesn’t bother me too much now. I’ve learned to live with it.
Day light savings time REALLY ■■■■■ me up every 6 months. It’s so bad that I feel like it’s meaningless to try to maintain any sort of sleep schedule.

I get great sleep since I been on meds. Off meds I barely sleep at all
Horrible. Tonight is one of the nights.
I haven’t sleep more than four hours in a row for years. I don’t have a sleep time, I have a sleep breaks. And I’m kind of half aware even when I sleep.

I wish they made your med available in the states. You always seem so positive and normal. Except the egg thing.
