Fruits, vegetables, grains are good choices to start for eating healthy. I, myself eat a foot-long Subway sandwich using the Subway app. However, can you sustain eating this type of food for a week? 2-weeks?
As for exercise, 30-minutes to 1-hour at a heart rate of 60% to 80% capacity is good. That would equate to whatever bpm (beats per minute) that is best for you since everyone has a different range. You’ll be sweating quite a bit. However, can you maintain a daily exercise regiment for 1-week? 2-weeks?
I recommend getting a food tracking app like “MyNetDiary” to count your calories and macros, plus getting a food scale and measuring cups to measure out exact portions. Then you log Every Single Thing that goes in your mouth. It’s worked well for me (along with a doctor’s guidance), I went from 298 lbs to 160 lbs.
It’s really tough. We need combinations of diet and excercise and continuous monitoring and persistence. It’s an art and also need some real good motivation.
I think honestly I’m gonna quit buying Doritos as much also and it’s really really gonna be hard but I plan on quitting French fries or chips as you people in the UK call it

Another medical advice from nutritionists and doctors is to lose 2.5lbs/week or 10.0lbs/month safely. At that rate, it would take 10-months to lose 100lbs. That is really a long-term commitment.
i just limit calories. lately usually just eat once a day and not that much. ive been limiting calories since i found out about them around age 12. its worked.
Losing fast is never healthy. Slow and steady wins the race.
Keto works. It works well and you lose a lot of weight if you do it right.
I’d add that exercise is important in the process so do that to your hearts content and it’s all good.
About a kg a week is healthy and it’s not out of the realms of possibility. Keto is hard though as it’s a bit different eating and I’d recommend to see a gp before any diet so you can keep on top of your health.
Diet is the most important component but exercise is also required especially cardio. Best diet is a balanced one just less food. They say to make half your plate veggies.
The key in my opinion is to choose foods that are moderately tasty. You don’t want to eat only chocolate and you don’t want to eat only salad, or you’ll ping pong between the two. Key is to find the foods in between like say an apple
Honestly. Losing the carbs will do the job. You can still eat tasty and get enough nutrition.
You do it right and it works as I can attest too. It’s about restriction for sure and not about taste but that is the beast. Cardio is great and agree but for diet with exercise I still would recommend keto as it works and no other diet did for me.

Ok I’ll give you the algorithm for loosing weight on antipsychotics.
The steps are as follows.
1 stay away from junk food, suckery drinks and alcohol. Keep away from all kinds of candy’s with the exception of dark chocolate.
2. Not more than 100 g of rise or pasta a day.
3. Eat all the boiled veggies you can. The more the better.

3. Eat more fish than all other types of meat. Eat more bird than land animals. Eat the least amount of cow and pork.
- Walk for one hour eat day. You can use the time just watching all the attractive ladies you meet on your way and to greet people.
