Good news and bad news

The good: I’ve been exercising daily, running on my treadmill and lifting weights. I feel the best I have in a long time

The bad: I have completely fallen off my diet. Been eating big portion sizes and un-healthy foods. Scared to weigh myself. Ive definitely gained weight.

I would prefer to have some extra weight and good cardio condition than normal weight with poor cardio condition.

It feels good to be fit.

İ m overweight.i have 30 kilos excess and i feel awful but its so hard to give weight with my medicine.i will try treadmill soon

Congratulations on the treadmill.

I’m curious, do you have a daily time span or distance goal per day or do you go with the flow of how you’re feeling on the day?

I aim for a minimum of 15 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes on the treadmill.

You’ve been dieting a long time now.

And steadily losing.

We’re all very proud of your progress and you should be too.

I think falling back into some bad habits is unfortunately normal,

But you’ve noticed it and know it’s a problem.

You can make it right before it gets out of hand.

Gaining a little weight back is part of losing weight.

For real.

Don’t let it discourage you.

Just double down on those better habits and you’ll be fine.
