I rode my bicycle over 15 kilometres, it was just below zero C and the sun was shining. Exercising is good for us.

I am annoyed because the gym near me is very expensive unless you commit to a whole year

I feel like we will be strong enough to fight off illnesses and stuff, it boosts the immune system which helps fight off disease, I am worried about the Virus but thats not the whole reason i want to exercise.

i did 20 mins last wed on a 4 gradient at 4 km per hour i really like putting on a gradient bc i cant run or i would fall off haha

LS! I exercised half an hour with my 17,3 kilo ( 38,14 lbs) dumbbells. And I went shopping and thus walked for almost two hours. I exercised every day for the last twenty months.

I do 20 minutes Intense elliptical every day. My sister says I should take a day off after a workout to let the muscles rest. But I’m such a gd mess if I don’t get the gym on a daily basis…

I lifted weights working on my shoulders and triceps today. The time it took me to complete both these muscle groups was under an hour.
Was going to go out with my friend to walk with at the park but something came up.
I did. Only for 5 minutes. Poor diet today, some discouragements and a stomach bug probably the cause of the low endurance. Tomorrow I go again.
I wanted to exercise today but i’m having heart problems from my eating disorder. The doctor said I shouldn’t run again until I have an ECG and some blood tests.

I didn’t know the gym shuts at 5pm on Sat here so I couldn’t do a lot in 30 mins so I went shopping, I’ll try go tomorrow or Monday

Try 30 minutes of walking on a treadmill. 1 hour would be ideal but I think that would be too long for you.
Why is 12 minutes on a treadmill not enough?

Sorry, but it pisses me off when I see these people giving shitty advice Like this at the gym.
Working out is already such a PItA. The last thing we need is for someone to tell them they’re doing it ‘wrong’.
