So I made apple cider last night. Folks just buy your cider from the grocery. I mean homemade was good but not any better than you get from the store

Last night I made “Marry Me” Chicken. It’s pretty tasty and my family loves it.

You can find recipes all over the web, but I tailored mine to us. My husband can’t do any dairy except cheeses that are aged, so I replaced cream with coconut milk (canned). It doesn’t change the flavor much and does not taste like coconut.

I had a burger and chips for lunch but now I stopped eating carbs and using sugar. I work at a restaurant.

I’m working on orange chicken, rice, and egg rolls now, the chicken and sauce seem to be working out great.

Do you use a rice cooker for your rice or do you boil it on the stove?
