Since some weeks I’m trying to eat ~200g of protein daily. Today I randomly ran into the supermarket and ended up with almost half a kilo of salami like sausages and some more. Normally I love this kind of sausages but after eating a half kilo of it I’m just dead.

I ate at the hospital today it wasnt too bad… my Mom had a nerve ablation today. I had biscuits and gravy , eggs and bacon and a coke

Post-concert meal, Denny’s Slamburger with fries. I ordered it to go since it was ten minutes to closing time when I walked in the door. Tasty af

It’s my usual from Denny’s. Burger patty with cheese, hash browns, bacon, and an egg cooked to order. I always get mine sunny side up, want that runny yolk.

Spatchcock chicken with white wine garlic and cream (and lemon thyme). And those potatoes are boiled, crushed, oiled and baked crispy.

My daily bread, one of two; oats and spelt with peanut squish and linseed oil.
Work since a year very good for me, found my mill for the spelt, every day fresh squeezed
