Glycine helped my negatives but gave me nausea, it works like Lumateperone but weaker, both work by stimulating NMDA excitatory receptors.
Do you have any nausea?

I meant both glycine and Lumateperone increase the excitatory Glutamate neurotransmitter.

In the beginning I had a bit nausea when I woke up at night, but this has gone.

I already had no positive symptoms anymore before starting Lumateperone. For negative/cognition no improvement or worsening by now.

I’m on blonanserin, which is a relatively new med that works well for me. Very little side effects but I still have some night-time akathesia.

Can you sleep better with it? Are you still taking a little bit of vraylar? Any withdraw symptoms from vraylar?

I can sleep much better now, without any sleep drugs. I don’t take Vraylar anymore since about one week and I don’t have withdrawal symptoms.

i think my brain must be a bit different from most because nicotine just makes me heavily sedated and weighed down and a bit nauseous, ive never experience much stimulant like effect from it

Everyone mostly reacts differently to anything, it doesn’t stimulate me but it reduces stress and slightly improves memory and attention. Caffeine improves my attention too.
