I have this delusion that the fbi believes I’m a Russian spy. No matter how many meds/ what med I take it persists. I’m fairly certain this is actually true because even on haldol and I’m a hospital setting I still believed it to be true. Everyone tells me it’s a delusion but it feels real to me. I also think they go around telling everyone one I’m some sort of weirdo because people treat me different. I claimed I stole something from them and now they think I’m a spy. In reality I didn’t steal anything and I’m just a schizophrenic.

Thinking you’re a spy is a variation of paranoia in my opinion. It gives you a reason to your paranoia.
I’m diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and had a similar delusion before I got on meds.

Yeah I also get this delusion some times that I can read minds and have psychic powers but lately it’s just that the fbi is after me

I got lucky and they pretty much got rid of my paranoia , (eventually).

I’m on 20mg zyprexa and an extra 10mg if I need it I also take 300mg lyrica 2x a day and metformin 750mg ER

Paranoia can be a tough one to get rid of. Like I said, I just got lucky and the meds helped. It took ages though.
Zyprexa is a good med, I hope it eventually helps.
I think if the FBI was really after you they would have apprehended and interrogated you by now. It’s definitely a delusion. But I sympathize, I had my own, completely unrelated delusion, that I thought it was real until I started meds.
I’m not a big fan of Zyprexa. I was on 40mg of that drug for over a decade and a half, it helped with my psychosis but it made my physical health really bad. I’m glad to be off it. I am on Lurasidone now and it is a much better medication for me.

I wan on latuda for awhile and it gave me tremors I’ve been fortunate to not gain weight on zyprexa

Yeah, everyone reacts differently to these meds. Latuda is a wonder drug for me. No psychosis and no side effects.
You’re very lucky, Zyprexa is known to cause heavy weight gain in a lot of people. At my heaviest I was 240lbs and my doctor said my big fat gut was putting me at risk for a heart attack. I had a bunch of other health related side effects too.

At first I gained some weight but I lost it and my appetite went back to normal however my cholesterol is slightly elevated

Yeah, my cholesterol was sky high, so were my triglyceride levels, and my blood sugar levels. Zyprexa caused me to develop diabetes.
