Does anyone else have a delusion that they are being watched by the FBI. It feels real to me but everyone is telling me it’s a delusion.The FBI thinks I’m spying for the Russians and that I stole some software from them. Sometimes I talk to them while they are accessing my phone or I type out notes and they see it. I know I’m not a spy but the FBI stuff seems very real to me.

It is definitely a delusion. You are not special, in the sense that the FBI would want to watch you.
I sometimes have delusions & paranoia about “them/someone I don’t know” watching my every move, trying to frame me of a crime. But after my Seroquel was increased, these delusions and paranoia eased up significantly.
Have you mentioned this delusion about the FBI to your psychiatrist? Maybe you need a med increase, or a different med?

It just feels so real I know I didn’t steal anything and I’m not a spy but for some reason people think I am.
