Does it ever go away. Life is so hard being paranoid.
Meds hardly help, it feels like the paranoia is ingrained in me regardless of what meds I take.

As hard as I know my delusions are not real I still believe them. My mind is so strong with paranoia it just can’t be broken.
There’s a war inside my head and I’m constantly losing.
I blame the government for every bad thought I have. I hope it goes away.

@anon1152203, how are you? It’s difficult to control the mind, with meds also. Do you have delusions of reference. Or do you feel the radio or TV or people around you are talking about you.
@anon68148378 Good to see you around friend ! no im just paranoid about everything in life maybe have a few delusions of reference. I often hear people talking about me which makes me paranoid.

i have paranoid delusions my husband cheats. It’s an awful feeling
@anon1152203, Have you tried multiple AP’s? Like two or three different AP’s? I’m on three. Risperdal Consta, Geodon and Seroquel. This combo works for me. I had treatment resistant paranoia for 33 years. This combination worked for me, finally. Talk to your pdoc about it.
APs never helped my paranoia but benzos did.
At the time I thought they were a miracle drug but now I am to the point where I don’t really need them anymore. Unfortunately, I suffered severe paranoia for about 6 years before I got a prescription for Xanax. That should be in psych 101 for paranoid schizophrenics.
Yes I’m on zyprexa now and have tried 5 others.
I have never tried 2 at once though.
I believe I am my own worst enemy unfortunately
