We also are very dry and practically no humidity except for monsoons. I love a good monsoon. But typically we can be around 9-15% humidity.

I’m nearly off the fat pill olanzapine! thank god I can get shredded again. I don’t take it seriously anymore, 2-3 a week instead of 6-14 xd

I got some cardio in. Feels good. Hope everyone is moving their bodies. Even a little bit of exercise is a million times better than sitting!

Did yoga at the gym 2 days ago. It was very relaxing.

Took it easy today. Got 10k steps in after either lifting or doing cardio the last 4 days. Planning on lifting tomorrow.

Not walking a lot lately. I’m all walked out.

Still breaking in 20 pounder dumbbells, it’s my new baseline up from 15 pounds last year I guess. ton of exercises with those today though. Favorite was lateral raise and 90 degree lateral raise

Got this big ass jug today and filled it with water, it’s 20 lbs and gonna be my new weight lol. Works really well

just did 45 minutes outdoor solo basketball practice. i tried to push myself to exhaustion and it worked lol my legs almost gave out, but now my right hand is having like tremors maybe palming the ball so much tenses the finger muscles

Just finished a 35 minute jog on my treadmill. Best workout in a long time.

Have a no name brand spin bike and do Peloton classes 4-6 times/week. (yes, the Peloton app costs a bunch, but it’s no worse than a cheap gym membership and has amazing stuff on it; highly recommend). They have strength training classes, too, so I do those 3-4 times/week with free weights. I do a short stretch class after each workout, and a long one on Sunday mornings.

Lifted legs yesterday and did arms and back today.

Anyone else get messed up sleep after exercise? I’ve been working out for 3 weeks, and I’m lucky if I get 6 or 7 hours of sleep a night now. I started working out earlier in the day but it didn’t really help.

Did 1.8 miles on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the recumbent bike today at the gym.

It’s cool how much cardio people here can do. I think i’d seen one guy say 3 miles or sumthn. I went for a run today, it wasn’t no 3 miles though lol

Thats fine. Doesn’t have to be a long run to improve health. Obviously 3 miles is better than 2. But 2 still gives you benefits.

I did a lot of walking around a huge grocery store. I only needed a few things but did many laps around the store to get steps in.

I used to run up to 9miles in a day back in December of 2024 when I was attempting to train for a half marathon. I’m trying to get my distance back up

While yesterdays workout was great, today’s was sh-it. I woke up with a couple heart palpitations and generally feeling anxious, I should of just took a rest day from exercising.. but I decided to go on the treadmill. I only lasted 17 minutes and at the end I had to stop the treadmill quickly because I started to have a panic attack and just felt like sh-it. fuuck my life. Whatever, I guess 17 minutes is better than 0.

Rest day, yesterday was good.

Dumbbells deadlifts. Felt really good on lower back after the 6 or so sets.
Incline dumbbell chest, some other exercises. Highlight was inverted pullups for working to more pullups. Probably over 10 sets with different variations. Wide, shoulder width and close grips
