Exercise buddy thread 001

i usually clean the house and watch tv while standing. ive also read that certain people (even the healthy) cant perform to much exercise… why? because it has to do with mobility, joints, and compound movements. so they be saying that healthy people has performed all the workouts correctly but they complain every time about the “snap city”…

if anyone who is having a snap city momment… then do the exercises slowly or ignore that exercise.

Walked 9 km yesterday. It was cold but I kept going.

Still blaming you for this @jukebox.

Walked for two and a half hours from 9:30 pm to midnight. -17C, but I was warm enough. Good winter clothes help and heated gloves are a game changer.

Last month gained probably 5-10 lbs. Now back down to 207 which is about what my weight has always been. Gonna keep pushing. First goal is to get under 200.

Did just 1.5 mile run today, had zero motivation but I at least did something

A 1.5 mile run is a million times better then just sitting all day.

Good job, you seem very dedicated to your exercise.

I hope as I lose weight my breathing improves and I can exercise harder.

Losing weight definitely makes exercise easier. But exercising HELPS you lose weight so it’s a good motivator

Me too, I seem to go strong for 2 weeks then be lazy for 2 weeks and repeat the cycle.
