Did some forearm work only. Doing forearms daily now.

Foot is still injured so I didn’t run today but I swam nearly 750 meters today though which is the distance of the swim in a sprint distance triathlon. Took me 30 minutes to do 31 lengths

Hour and a half of walking outside. -16C. The winter gear I ordered is working great, I was not overheating.

Yesterday did an hour weights training and a quick bikeride

Tried to walk last night but gave up after 15 minutes. A lot of sidewalks were drifted in by the wind and I got tired of crawling through drifts.

Four hours of snow shoveling today. I am drained now.

Hoping to go for a walk this afternoon. We’ll see. Turned in my notice at work and was instructed to log out of the company network as I have gone to work for a competitor. Waiting to see if I have to work out my notice period or not.

Did some cardio on my treadmill.

Walked for an hour earlier today and planning to walk for two hours after supper. Also add in an hour of light cleaning.

I ran 4 miles today in a personal best time. And a personal best for a single mile at 13:20.

Walked for an hour and a half in -15C. Sure would be nice if people shoveled their walks.

I play table tennis-3 times a week . 1.30-2 hours one day

Also work physical but not very hard job every day 4 hours. And walk to work

10 minute cardio workout with 3 minute warmup and 1 minute of yoga at the end.

Been keeping up this routine for a while now and I definitely feel the benefits.
