I’m down to 165.2 lbs this morning. That’s down from 168.6 lbs. I’m losing approximately a pound a day by counting calories and measuring portions. I am absolutely determined this time to get down to 158 lbs. And I’m in it for the long term.
I limit my calories to 1250 per day. My portion size is either one cup or a palmful. And my limit is one serving.
I exercise regularly by practicing yoga and by dancing to high energy dance music.
Getting into running…apologies as don’t get back much these days as should have updated here…
Anyways. Been jogging more. Getting up to 3 km runs and doing good. Still so slow but goal is grind out the early game to get to 5k then ramp up the pace to do 3k…I think that is reasonable for my abilities but heaps more motivation and seriously. Look into keto for the weight loss…if your exercising it’s so much more beneficial in my mind and I’ve lost 24kgs ( 52.8lbs ). It was so easy and that low carb approach helps with sz symptoms for some…
It’s not easy that is the thing but it’s like going vegetarian for me…it’s a lifestyle choice and lo carb really is me these days and it’s working amazingly well even with mental symptoms.
Yeah rest days are so important with lifting. Do different muscle groups and then rest is still so important. Muscle growth and gains are so dependant on it!
was feeling kinda down, so did a cardio foro overweight workout, with weights. i feel relaxed now. i should really work on my diet though. i tend to get too lazy when i’m not working out.
Planning on doing a 3 mile run tomorrow morning. I need to push myself harder when I run outside. I do great on the treadmill pushing myself. Not so great outdoors
I’m eating less at night strength training and walking I’m hoping to lose weight I really am idk why nighttime is the worst for overeating but I’m controlling it now
Well, I’m headed downwards. I’m down to 164.6 lbs from 165.2 lbs. yesterday. My BMI is 24.8 I’m still maintaining my 1250 calorie a day limit and I’m not eating a thing after 7 pm. And I’m continuing my yoga and high energy dancing.
