Exercises today

This and I did 20 minutes low intensity on cross trainer. I will exercise every other day and 10.000 steps everyday

I have osteoporosis. I’m supposed to do weight bearing exercise.

I knew someone who was not using her hand held York bar bell weights. Now I have them!

Yeah well done one and all! I’ve been doing really well with more exercise. It becomes addictive and it’s so, so good for you!

I went to yoga yesterday. Reactivated my gym membership. Also walked a mile.

Well done @Skims. I should do yoga but I’m a big hairy male…I feel a bit self conscious about doing something that looks so relaxed with a high female prescence. If I lose some weight I may just try and join a class anyways! Could be some fun!

It’s been 6 months since I put my membership on hold. Going back to my regular beginners yoga today, I noticed it was at least half men there out of Maybe 20 people.

Cool. I’d like to learn to be flexible. I’m soon to be 48! I’m becoming an old man but I’d love to be some crazy old hippy who can do the splits and hand stands! I will look into it!

Good for you @rogueone. You might find that there are other males in the class along with you as well. There always are in classes I’ve ever taken.

We are taking ballroom dance lessons for our first dance at the wedding. Its pretty cool, A lot of thinking, planning between feet and where you are in the room, spatially and where you are attempting to go. I love it. My SO is doing really well.
