I sometimes take fish oil. I usually take flaxseed oil, which also has omega-3’s.
I’m not sure if there is any effect, but it is supposed to be good for the heart and brain and other parts of the body I think.
I drink oil in sardine cans.
okay…
I take Omega 3 Fish oil capsules every day. Three capsules a day. It helps keep my mood stable. I swear it works.
I just started takin regularly
I don’t eat a lot. Just some crackers - vegetables - and when i cook I eat like a small portion
I take Magnesium and Calcium in the form of 1 TBL. of white sesame seeds every morning. And one half of one 60 mg tablet of zinc every night. This combination keeps my hair healthy and thick. I am 57 years old and I still have a lot of thick hair, according to my beauticians. This is a formula according to Ayurvedic Hindu medicine.
The oil in sardine cans isn’t fish oil. It’s just regular oil that they use to preserve the fish. Fish oil is produced within the fish itself.
my hair is getting so much better too - not sure what is the reason - I have been noticing it like - this past 10 days - it is so flowy =) Maybe med change too ?
I will check the white sesame seeds.
You need the zinc too.
Okay - I can totally take it. I thought Biotine was better for hair and nails . . . I’ll look into it thank you!
Biotin is good for your hair and nails. Keep taking it. Protein is important too.
yeah so I am planning to eat eggs - 3 times a week in the morning - My problem is my inconsistency
Like my nature and mindset and everything else works like this

Has a big kick at the negatives in my case. About 2000mg is the recommended dose for sz. Helps with depression, attention deficit disorder, bipolar and sz.
I take prescription strength fish oil capsules.
EPA only.
It helps a little with mood stabilization.
It’s good for the cardiovascular system and brain functioning as well.
I take multiple capsules a day so I get 1000mg EPA.
I think it has helped me for years
I began taking fish oil a long time ago.
I took it from the stores, and from other people, my family and friends, i took it from everyone.
When i began doing this i noticed a change yes.
I take the DHA fish oil (Nature’s Way Mega-DHA). It has 1000 mg of DHA and only 400 of EPA. I was seeing a naturopath and she explained that in fish oil, the DHA is most beneficial for the brain and the EPA is most beneficial for the heart. I never noticed an immediate difference when I stopped taking fish oil before but I ran out of this and noticed immediate changes in my memory and focus. I have not researched the doctor’s claims but I am a believer.
I take a pharmaceutical-grade supplement which contains 3,000 mg of DHA and 300 mg of EPA. I haven’t noticed a significant difference with my memory though.
