Do you remember what it was like to be a kid?

Just curious. Was surprised to find out most of my boyfriend’s memories started at age 13. He has memories from before then but they are vague and he couldn’t place a memory with an age. Meanwhile I have a strong memory going back to since I was 4 years old. When I was little I noticed most adults seemed not to remember what it was like to be a kid so I swore to myself I would not forget and I didn’t! Lol.

Man, I’m still a ■■■■■■■ kid. A 37 year old infant. It’s really not a good thing.

Have to get healed and move on with life already.

My first memories were 3-4 y.o. I fell on my testicles, one died and the other one was damaged. I wasn’t social, ppl tried to force me to dance but I refused and ran away.

I only really remember primary school, when i didnt have a care in the world.
Secondary School was when i was pro dromal - so memories are a disturbing mess i try not to remember.

Being a choir boy was by proudest achievement. I loved that Church. Even had my own named pew and books. Happy happy memories :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I don’t remember that much specific from before I was 13 or so, but I do remember that most of it was pretty horrible.

:scream::scream::scream: oh my God I cringed and I’m a girl!!

When I was 8 I was rushing to get off the jungle gym when the bell rang and I slipped and the bar slammed me right in the sensitive bits so hard I started bleeding. It was so terrifying. My mom basically told me to suck it up and go back to class.

we used to play a game named “5”, which consist of having a cronometer on your watch and stopping it at 5 seconds. The winner gave the loser some slaps with the watch strap

My childhood/teenage memories are like a pie crust without much filling under it.

Before age ten I remember a lot. From ten until high school I don’t remember much. Too traumatic.

Now as a 36 year old. I accepted long ago that I am an ABDL. Sure people like me take things to the extreme. We love Legos. Erector Sets. Stuffies. Blanket on the floor time. I don’t indulge often but sometimes it just feels good to remember.

It’s who I am and I don’t apologize to anyone.

I’m assuming you’re referring to adult baby stuff/age play. I hate when people are shamed for that. It is highly therapeutic and such a positive way to cope with trauma and stress in my opinion.

You are correct. And no doubt you will run into it at your new job in all of its various forms. Thank you for your understanding. It truly is a great stress reliever.

I’m almost 53 years old and I still remember what it felt like to be a kid. And a teen. There were some things I loved about childhood. Especially time spent with family. Although I had childhood trauma and had serious emotional problems I still had a lot of fun an joy too. I owe a lot to my mother and her strong sense of family loyalty.
