I tried this week and didn’t succeed,bc I couldn’t cough out all secret from lungs.
Today I’m again on cigarettes… :expressionless_face:

Have you tried vaping or nicotine gum?

I quit cigarettes 2 years ago, vaping 20 months ago, using nicotine gum. Now i just chew regular gum and no longer use the nicotine gum but i still have to chew something. It IS possible to quit…i have COPD, too, and had to quit. My pulmonary function tests have improved in 2 years.

My dad was a smoker from hell. He smoked all day into the night. Died from a bad heart, heart attack. I quit cigs and vaping after seeing nodules on my lungs . Expensive as ■■■■. It’s your choice. I know it’s hard. You can quit though. I sometimes feel like a cigarette :cigarette: I put my mind elsewhere. Hugs

My mom smoked 2 packs a day and drank 2 or 3 pots of coffee everyday and around idk how many beer and she smoked maybe 10 joints a day. She was only 44 when she had a massive heart attack. She would be 57 if she was still alive

I quit all nicotine cold turkey after using for years. I’d quit and started again many times, but it’s been 5 or 6 years now that I’m completely nicotine free. I know it’s not impossible, but it is addiction, and it’s hard.
