I quit almost two years ago. I guess it’s easier when you forget you ever smoked. Wish I’d still forgotten about it.

I quit on the 28.12.23, so almost 2 years ago, haven’t looked back, but crave occasionally. Though I know I have stopped!

It is possible. Today is my third attempt in a row – over the past three months, I’ve quit once for 20 days and another time for around 12–13 days. In short, I tend to return to smoking during times of stress, arguments, or tension. I’m quitting without any aids – no nicotine patches or anything like that. I usually smoke about a pack to a pack and a half of cigarettes a day.
I know I can do it. This is the last addiction I have left.
