You CAN quit, it just may not be your time yet. You’ll know when you’re ready. It took a COPD diagnosis for me to quit, but i did it. Yes, i still crave it from time to time, but it gets easier.
Its hard ay! Ive been addicted to nicotine since i was like 12 years old. I think having lots of periods where i only use nicotine gum instead of smoking/vaping have helped me survive this long. That and cardio exercise like running. But i always end up picking it back up again after a while. If i was just continually smoking that whole time id have some kinda health issue for sure!

have you tried nicotine pouches like Zyn? Thats how I quit. Now i use 6mg Velo patches. its the only way i can stay off cigarettes

Since we’re on this topic, I have a question for everyone. Is it harder to stop smoking than it is to stop looking at pornography and masturbating to it?
It’s not easy. But there are techniques and things to help. You’re doing a good job trying. It took me a few attempts before I managed to quit for good now also.
I couldn’t quit until i started using lozenges… gum and patch didnt work for me.
