I sleep barely 6 hour…i know its not enough for me…i got to sleep 8 to 10 hours…what ur say guys
One of my pdoc’s out and out told me that with my diagnosis, sza, I need 9.5 hours of sleep every night. And he’s right about that. How did he know that? Anyway, like I told him, “good luck getting that!”.
I think we’re all a little different when I first got sick I’d sleep about 15 ,now about 8-10
On good night’s, I always sleep about 9- 10 hours.
It is subjective, sleep until you aren’t sleepy anymore.
Though usually szs sleep longer than normies.

I would love to sleep more, but I wake up early. I only sleep ~7 hours a night. I used to sleep ~6 hours a night before I got meds to help me sleep.
I need 10 to 11 hours to feel well but now that I started working I am not getting it. I am hurting myself but I am pushing through. This is my second week of working and I haven’t worked in over three years.
I got a new dog and she is a night owl. My last dog went to bed when I did. This one stays up all night and sleeps all day so my wife says I have to stay up until 930. I have to wake up at 615 to go to work. I want to go to bed at 730 or 8 but the wife isn’t having it. I may have to switch to part time so I can sleep in a little.
All humans need 8 hours of sleep. Sometimes this can vary with individuals but 8 hours is widely held to be the best amount of sleep. Less and you’re going to have problems.
I sleep 6-9 hours depending on when i feel like sleeping
I find that while I do need a good 8-10 hours of sleep… It’s more when I sleep. I’ll stay up til the wee hours of the morning and then regularly sleep past noon. By noon you get hungry and it’s too bright to fall back asleep anyway.
I have a terrible time being consistent on my sleep schedule. So it widely varies from 4 to 10 hours. But if I’m depressed I’ve slept 17 hours before.
Too much! I sleep like 8-10…I’d be happy with 8!
I only know a little of your story…might be good trying an ssri! Might elevate your mood!
On a good night I get 4-5. I’ve never slept as much as I should. But I have really bad insomnia and anxiety. At least I don’t really feel tired most of the time, so that’s a plus.

Maybe 2 hours per night. Moving the wrong way wakes me up and then I can’t fall back to sleep. I read a lot.

Chronic back pain. Not much I can do about it.
Do u do physcial excersize for your back…to many question sorry…
Being in Alaska, my sleep in Summer is spare cuz of the 22-hour sunlight, maybe 3-4 hours, but in winter it’s dark all the time and hibernation kicks in and can do 8-12 hours. In summer I try blackout curtains and in winter a HappyLight…but regardless of seasons, the sza fluctuations affect it too.
