I’m just glad my local store has brie and smoked gouda. For subs/hoagies or sanwiches, I like provolone. Cheddar is good on some vegetables if used sparingly. Parmesan is good on spaghetti if used in massive quantities.

I like provolone, mozzarella, mild cheddar… triple cream is really good. Monterey jack
I love me some applewood smoked cheddar.
brie is my favorite…served on triscuits…also bleu cheese on hamburgers…delicious…if melted…I love spiced mozzerella balls…quesadillas with shredded cheddar…pepper jack on sandwiches.
My favorites are sharp cheddar, Gruyère, and pepperjack. But I like other cheeses too depending on what I’m eating.

I only like mild cheeses so like fresh mozzarella, provolone, gouda. Those are my top faves. Bleu cheese can get wrecked though. That stuff is so bad.
