My favorite cheese to eat right off the block is Swiss. But I also love bleu, parmesan, and feta in dishes. Sharp cheddar is great, too. What’s your favorite cheese(s)?

I like lots of cheeses, swiss, brie, parmesan, feta, pecorino romano, arabic cheeses like Halloum/i, Akawi, etc

I like cooked cheese. Haloumi is great, or melted mozzarella. Fondue as well.
