I’m not a huge cheese fan but I think my favorite is fresh mozzarella. Not a fan of strong cheeses and fresh mozz is about as plain as it gets.
If I’m feeling adventurous I’ll have pepper Jack or mild cheddar.
I like all kinds of cheeses but I am kind of partial to Colby-Jack.
There’s a Danish cheese called The Divorce.

I love parmesan. It’s a surprisingly low fat cheese, but it is expensive. Also, I don’t know about its sodium.
