What is your favorite cheese?

I seem to use sharp cheddar and parmesan the most while cooking,

I think my favorites are brie and smoked gouda.

I’m not a huge cheese fan but I think my favorite is fresh mozzarella. Not a fan of strong cheeses and fresh mozz is about as plain as it gets.

If I’m feeling adventurous I’ll have pepper Jack or mild cheddar.

There’s a Danish cheese called The Divorce.
It smells so pungent that if a married person brought it home, their partner would divorce them in an instant.
I love it.

The worse the smell, the better the taste

I love parmesan. It’s a surprisingly low fat cheese, but it is expensive. Also, I don’t know about its sodium.

I’m sorry but my favorites are Velveeta and Kraft singles.
