Favorite cheeses!

I’ve made this thread in the past, but it’s been awhile and we have new members. Anyways, what are your favorite cheeses to eat? In no order, my favorites are Swiss, blue, feta, cheddar, and pepper jack. I’m sure I’m forgetting some lol

I put goat cheese in everything. I need to own goats. Do you have a goat?

Brie, a very particular goat cheese (blueberry vanilla!), provolone, monterrey jack, cheddar. I use each one for something different, though, so I can’t rank them. Brie is with crostini; that goat cheese is with salad; provolone for sandwiches or hoagies; moterrey jack for summer sausage; cheddar to sprinkle a bit on veggies.
