It didn’t work for me but it could work for you

On paper it seems more tolerable than some others side effect wise

Definitely worth trying it to see

My Pdoc says it is the most activating AP, and I did have a difficult time sleeping. But I have also heard reviews other places that people had excellent results with no problems.

I could be wrong, but you might be able to see how it will affect you if upping supplements or caffeine has a strong stimulating effect on you.

I’ve been on it for about 10 years. It’s still working.

I have to take broccoli sprout extract and L-theanine supplements along with it. Otherwise it increases my anxiety.

It doesn’t help cognition. It helps positive symptoms, and has a small effect on negative symptoms.

Would you kindly share about the broccoli extract for anxiety?

Worked well for me. Then it stopped working, but then again I am “treatment resistant” it seems.

I was on higher doses years ago when ariprazole first came out onto the market.
I found it to be extremely activating on the higher doses increasing my anxiety and mania (paranoia)

Today I’m on a very low dose, 2mg as an add on medication to help combat my depression

At this low dose I’m having no side effects from it and it crushes my depression

Blurry vision initially been taking it for 15 years.

It is the best medication for me. Almost completely wiped the voices out, but doesn’t help with cognitive symptoms, which are refractory to treatment thus far.

Aripiprazole is fountain of youth.
Never feel I am getting older mentally.

When I took it I think it made me spend all of my money in about a week ordering food every time I got my SSI.

It helps me with everything. Lower doses below 15mg like 5 to 10mg really stimulate me and doses around 15mg or higher really settle me down. It helps with all my symptoms like a broad spectrum thing. My body likes it.

I took abilify before many years ago. I don’t remember much. It wasn’t as good as Vraylar in my opinion.

I still gained weight and had restlessness.

I’m currently on Zyprexa now and like it. It’s stronger. Latuda didn’t help my psychosis.

Abilify is famous for all sorts of impulse control problems.

I think that might be one reason why my binge eating has been so extreme these past few years to the point that I get scared 4 myself

That could be. When I took Abilify I always felt like eating delicious food from this one restaurant so I’d order lots of food from an expensive restaurant near where I used to live and spend my money really fast.

i found out that piracetam which i take causes me this side effect not lurasidone and i disconnected piracetam and back to lurasidone.i feel better now

I had severe akathisia on it. But it’s a good med if you can tolerate it.

I have impulsivity too. But the lower the dose, the less of an issue it is. Same with akithisia

I didn’t mind it. Aripiprazole would be my second most favourable AP.
