You can stop that easy though. Drink some tea instead. You can buy it by the gallon.
tea makes me hurl. when i got pregnant with my now 15 yr old son, i used to get this metallic taste n my mouth and every time i tried to drink tea i puked…i’ve tried it now and again but can only stomach one cup every blue moon…i used to drink tea like i drink coffee but not anymore. tell you what, i’ll try a cup and let you know if i hurl

Maybe just regular coffee then.
Milk doesn’t add much. Throw some ice in there.

Limiting Lattes with all the sugar and extra… I’ve had to do that with mochas.
Good luck… I love my mochas… but I need to keep my sugar intake low. So many things I love to eat had to go.

seriously though, i don;t have sugar but i am absolutely addicted to coffee. i think the best thing i can do is buy a proper coffee machine instead of the dulce gusto pod machine i have now. if i buy a proper one, like bryan says, i can use the steam frother with either skimmed or rice milk. same calories as a regular cup but much better taste and texture . right now they are about £60 in my local argos shop. plus it would save me a small fortune as i’m spending roughly £20 per week on pods alone. three weeks of instant coffee and i’ll have the money for the machine

ok…just had a cup of tea…feeling a little bilious but it tasted ok i think…hmmm maybe i’l alternate with instant coffee till i’ve saved enough for my new milk frothing barista machine…skinny lattes coming up!! well in about 3 weeks anyway!

I feel so antiquated with my old drip percolator and my French press.
the actual machine was on special offer at £35 luckily but the pods are nearly £4 for 16 and if you drink cappuccino it’s a complete con because you only get eight cups out of one box as they put the milk and the coffee in separate pods. plus the pods are not even recyclable…bloody nightmare machine…bloody nice too though lol

I’m doing okay.
I’m new to here and I’m finding everyone so accepting and helpful. A big thank you to everyone for being so supportive! It’s a really nice change of pace to feel like I belong somewhere.

May 1 is my birthday. I’ve been staying up all night writing and sleeping all day. Got to get out of this rut
or I’ll end up back in hospital again. BTW your pic is nice. Too much coffee is not good for anyone,
though.
