A diet with only whole foods, no processed stuff. I’m considering starting on a diet like that, mainly to feel better mentally (hopefully)
I was for a while. Maybe a month or two. I was doing meal prep and losing weight. I got too lazy to continue doing it tho lol. Washing Tupperware and such. I should really get back on it
Did you notice anything like improved mood or mental clarity, and energy?
Yea I noticed my mood was better whenever my diet is higher in vegetables. Just makes you feel healthy.
My mood improves when I eat fresh salads.
I try to eat as many as possible.
Just had a mozzarella salad for lunch!
My diet is not great but it’s not bad either
I’m eating pretty healthy but I’ve got to increase the amount of vegetables I consume
Much better than when I was in my 30s and 40s
Yes i follow simple meal plan like salads and meat and veg or fish. I don’t eat that much meat though. I still have crisps occasionally but im diabetic so my diet is controlled now compared to how it used to be. I can’t really skip meals because of blood sugars. Im doing ok for now!
I live mostly on peanut butter and whole grain bread and something else more substantial for dinner. Not clean eating tho.
I want to make simple meals too. Before I used to eat healthy but boring. Hoping to learn some simple healthy recipes. One is cod with gralic butter, baked sweet potatoes and mashed peas.
My hubby does simple recipes, plenty on YouTube etc
Just think small regular meals and keep track on a notepad what your eating and weight etc if your trying to lose weight. I always write stuff down
My diet is mostly unprocessed save for a diet soda once a day. I am feeling a lot better.
I’ve gone unprocessed whole foods for a few days now, I definitely feel more clear headed and in a better mood. I would like to give up milk, as for some reason it doesn’t seem natural, but at the same time it’s a good source of calcium and I don’t know where else I could get it.
You really should. The forum needs…
I eat water and I’m alive
I will try again tomorrow.
It’s not that it’s clean it’s just less processed.
Lol thanks man
I feel worse after starting eating healthy… is this common?
It’s day 1 for me, I feel better.
What way do u feel worse? Did u take out caffeine aswell?
Oh you’ve also started eating better? That’s great. No I didn’t cut the caffeine. But I feel so tired, lethargic. Hoping it’s the body adjusting.
Today is day 1 for me; I’m eating less processed food. And it’s organic too.
Good luck to you
