@anon94176359 do you have any peanut butter? Or possibly a vegetable? Some nutrients will stabilize your blood sugar and help you feel better.

i had a good healthy meal of veg frittata for lunch, had a nice saucy chicken dish with small diced potatoesfor dinner, very nice, my tummy is a little off tonight though idk why,

i will pray that you all eat some good food and hold off of the junk,its good for you

you will be surprised how good healthy food is compared to junk when prepared properly and its mostly easy to prepare, i am working on preparing good meals, i was in the kitchen chopping veg and stirring a pot today.

Breakfast-Muffin eggs with feta,ham and sundried tomato

Lunch- Ham sandwich

Dinner- Honey roast sausages and cheese,leek and ham pasta in sauce with the left over veg added to eat it .
